- More than 48 hours prior to arrival: No cancellation fee will be charged
- 48 to 24 hours prior to arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged
- Less than 24 hours prior to arrival: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount will be charged
- No-show: The full booking amount will be charged
