- Arrival Time: Guests must arrive at the marina meeting point 15–20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.
- Coast Guard Clearance: A valid original Saudi ID or Passport is required at check-in.
- Waiver & Safety: All guests are required to complete a digital disclaimer/waiver form prior to boarding. Life jackets are mandatory during specific maneuvers.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to departure.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours.
- Non-refundable for cancellations within less than 24 hours or no-shows.
- Weather Conditions: Trips may be rescheduled or canceled by management due to sea or weather conditions to ensure guest safety.
